Place on your kitchen counter in a small vase or glass,
with water up to the roots.
Check water daily, make sure the root cube stays wet.
Don't cover the leaves or stems with water or they will rot.
Snip off leaves from the bottom of the plant.
Can be used to enhance the flavor of all your favorite foods.
It will live and give you many weeks of pleasure,
unless you eat it faster!
Please never refrigerate, basil does not like to be cold.
